Thank you for using NotoMe. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application for creating and managing push notification alerts.
We collect minimal information necessary for the app to function:
NotoMe respects your privacy and collects minimal data:
We do not: collect your IP address, track your usage patterns, monitor your app activity, or collect analytics data about how you use the app.
We use the information we collect to:
By default, all your alert settings and notification schedules are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your alert content on external servers unless you choose to use the optional iCloud synchronization feature, which is available only to premium users.
Important for Free Users: If you delete the NotoMe app from your device, all your alerts and notifications will be permanently deleted. We do not have access to or maintain copies of your data on our servers, so deleted data cannot be recovered.
Premium users have the option to enable iCloud synchronization to sync alerts across their devices. This is completely optional and uses Apple's iCloud service. If you choose to enable this feature, your alert data will be synced through iCloud and subject to Apple's privacy policies and terms.
NotoMe employs robust security measures to protect your data:
However, no method of data storage is 100% secure, and we recommend keeping your device updated with the latest iOS version for optimal security.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. NotoMe does not share your alert data with anyone.
NotoMe operates with a privacy-first approach:
If you choose to enable the premium iCloud sync feature, your data syncs through Apple's iCloud service in accordance with Apple's privacy policy. This is entirely optional.
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, though it is unlikely given our minimal data collection.
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
NotoMe uses the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
Important: We do not use Firebase, Google Analytics, or any third-party tracking or storage services. All data remains on your device or in Apple's iCloud service for premium users.
NotoMe is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
Your alert data is stored locally on your device by default. For premium users who enable iCloud sync, Apple manages data storage and international transfers through their iCloud service in accordance with Apple's terms and privacy policies. We do not operate our own servers for data storage.
For free users, all alerts and notification data are stored locally on your device only. If you delete the NotoMe app from your device, all your notifications and alerts will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We do not maintain any backups or copies of your data on external servers.
Premium users who enable iCloud synchronization have their data stored through Apple's iCloud service. This allows you to restore your alerts if you delete and reinstall the app. iCloud synced data is subject to Apple's data retention policies and can be removed through your iCloud settings or by contacting us.
Important: We strongly recommend backing up your important alerts or upgrading to premium with iCloud sync if you want to preserve your notifications in case of device loss or app deletion.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, by posting a notice in the app or sending you an email.
