Last Updated: April 3, 2026

Thank you for using Bindly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application to catalog and manage your trading card game (TCG) collection—including cards, sets, binders, wishlists, and related notes—and when you purchase or use Bindly Pro auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or yearly) through the App Store.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We collect minimal information necessary for the app to function:

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Bindly respects your privacy and collects minimal data:

We do not: collect your IP address, track your usage patterns, monitor your app activity, or collect analytics data about how you use the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Subscriptions and in-app purchases (Bindly Pro)

Bindly Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription with monthly and yearly billing options (duration and price are shown in the app and in App Store Connect for your region and may change; Apple displays the localized price at purchase).

Purchases are completed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system (StoreKit). We do not process or store your payment card details. Apple’s use of information related to payments is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy and applicable App Store / Media Services terms.

Free trial: If we offer a free trial, its length and conversion to a paid subscription are shown on the purchase sheet before you confirm; you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged, per Apple’s flow.

Managing or canceling a subscription: You can view, change, or cancel Bindly Pro from Settings on your iPhone or iPad → [your name]Subscriptions → Bindly, or from the App Store account subscription management screens. You can also use any in-app subscription or account screen we provide (for example, under app settings) that follows Apple’s guidelines.

This Privacy Policy applies to Bindly and Bindly Pro together. For App Store Connect, use the canonical URL of this privacy policy page (see the address bar or the rel="canonical" link in the page head).

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Data Storage

By default, all your collection data and optional card images are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your collection on external servers unless you choose to use the optional iCloud synchronization feature, which is available only with Bindly Pro.

Important for Free Users: If you delete the Bindly app from your device, your entire collection catalog and related data will be permanently deleted. We do not have access to or maintain copies of your data on our servers, so deleted data cannot be recovered.

4.2 Optional iCloud Sync (Bindly Pro)

Bindly Pro subscribers have the option to enable iCloud synchronization to sync collection data across their devices. This is completely optional and uses Apple's iCloud service. If you choose to enable this feature, your data will be synced through iCloud and subject to Apple's privacy policies and terms.

4.3 Security Measures

Bindly employs robust security measures to protect your data:

However, no method of data storage is 100% secure, and we recommend keeping your device updated with the latest iOS version for optimal security.
